The Seller is responsible for defects that occur after taking over the good (item) during the warranty period (warranty). The warranty period for a new good (item) is 24 months, warranty periods begin to run from the receipt of a good (item) by the Buyer. The warranty covers defects and defects in material and workmanship. If a problem occurs during the warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair all defects or repair any malfunction free of charge. If the watch cannot be fully repaired, the Manufacturer guarantees the replacement of the watch with another of the same model or specifications. Repairs are carried out either directly by the manufacturer or by an authorized service.
The warranty does not cover:
- battery life;
- esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging, other problem that occur while using (eg, scratches on the glass, discoloration and/or material of non-metallic straps and bracelets, etc.);
- any damage to any part of the watch caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or careless handling of the watch (chips, scratches, cracks, dents, etc.);
- any unauthorized attempt to repair the watch and/or alter the appearance or design of the watch will automatically void the warranty.
