Official foundation date for the team is considered the date of the first performance on 11th April 1992 to honour the Space Day at the airfield in Kubinka near Moscow.
It was the first time a large audience could appreciate their skills. Berkuty is a unique aerobatic team as it performs advanced flying in military helicopters.
We wish Berkuty health and good luck to be able to astonish spectators with their brilliant performances and make them proud of Russian aviation.
